Return Policy
We at Aniks appliances strive for customer satisfaction with the products and service we and our third party services provide. We ask that customers check all the features and specifications of the products they are ordering before placing the order.
Damaged Shipments:
Inspect your order upon delivery before signing and accepting your order. Check for both internal and external damage before signing delivery as goods accepted. Call our customer service at 416 901 7557 with any issues related to your order. If damage arises after signing and accepting merchandise, you our valued customer is responsible for filing damage claims with the delivery company.
Defective Merchandise:
All products offered for sale come with a minimum of one-year manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer or distributor after sales service directly with any functional issues. Call 416 901 7557 or email us at cs@aniks.ca if you require assistance to book a service call.
Ordered a Wrong Product or Change of Mind:
Convenience returns accepted for stock products must be in brand-new in original packaging subject to a 30% restocking fee and the original shipping costs. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with the same freight carrier to ensure its safe return.
The Return Policy
(a) All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated on the purchase invoice.
(b) Product damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup from store .
(c) Unopened Stock items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days with 30% restock fee.
(d) Opened and not in original packaging items can be returned within 7 days with 50% restock fee.
(e) Opened and tried out items with 1-2 mississing accessories can be returned within 7 days with 70% restock fee
(f) For functional issued if a repair, returns or exchange request is initiated, the product will be inspected by a factory technician to determine if a returns authorization is warranted, or issues can be resolved onsite. It is the manufacturer or distributor’s sole decision, and we follow their instructions to address the issues.
(g) All returns and exchanges must be authorized in writing prior to physically returning the unit to the store.
(h) Aniks appliances reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.
(i) Special order or non-stock items, floor clearance or end of line products are not returnable or refundable.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have passed since your purchase or product delivery contact our customer service for available options.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 07 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer service with your RMA number and original purchcase order number
